Medela Osteopathy & Co is an osteopathy and remedial massage clinic at Suite 9, 12-14 Beryl St, Tweed Heads. We're about a 5-minute drive from Tweed Heads South and 10 minutes from Banora Point, so many of our patients come from both suburbs. I'm Nathanael, the owner and one of the osteopaths at the clinic.

Parking: The best parking is in our gated car park at 12–14 Beryl St (the gate code is in your booking confirmation), or on Beryl St itself.
Bus: There's a bus stop across the road, in front of Tweed Mall.
Finding us: We're close to Tweed Mall and a 2-minute walk from Bay St.
What we treat
Osteopathy
Our osteopaths treat teenagers and adults with neck and back pain, sports and work injuries, joint and tendon pain, and ongoing aches. A consult can include soft tissue work, joint mobilisation, spinal manipulation, cupping and rehab exercise. We look at how your whole body is moving, not just the sore spot.
Dry needling
Our osteopaths use dry needling alongside hands-on treatment. It's included in your osteopathy consult at no extra cost. Just ask if you'd like to try it.
Headache & migraine
We run dedicated 60-minute headache and migraine consults. We look at your neck, jaw, posture, sleep and other triggers, then build a plan to help reduce how often your headaches come and how strong they are.
Remedial massage
Our remedial massage therapist offers sports, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage and relaxation massage. All of it is treated as remedial work.
What to expect at your first appointment
We listen. We start with a thorough case history covering your pain, your work, your training and your goals.
We assess. Next is a hands-on examination of how you move. Please wear clothes that are easy to move in.
We treat and plan. Treatment starts in the same session. You'll leave with a clear plan: what to do at home, what to change, and roughly how many visits to expect.

Headache & migraine consult (60 min): $149
Remedial massage
60 min: $119
90 min: $169
Claiming your rebate
Osteopathy: HICAPS is available on-site, so you can claim your private health rebate on the spot.
Remedial massage: You'll get an invoice to claim through your private health fund.
Medicare: Rebates are available for osteopathy with a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan. Talk to your GP about whether you're eligible.
Your rebate depends on your fund and level of cover, so check with your fund for details.
