❋ Remedial MassageMassage needs little introduction. At Medela Osteopathy & Co we specialise in a high-quality and reliable massage service that is both relaxing, rejuvenating and restorative. Sports massage, relaxation massage and pregnancy massage are all available upon request.
❋ Exercise RehabilitationWhile treatment can provide quick results, for many issues exercise rehabilitation is necessary for lasting results. Our Osteopaths are qualified and confident in prescribing exercise to suit a huge variety of injuries and ability levels. With our clinic space built to accomodate exercise rehab in house you’ll ensure you get high quality manual therapy and exercise prescription to sustain lasting results.

At Medela we have a special interest in managing headaches and migraines in our patients. Whether you have chronic episodes every day or a few headaches a month we provide tailored service utilising training with headache specialists from Singapore and the USA.

Osteopathy
Our osteopaths offer both 60 minute and 30 minute appointments to ensure each patient gets the care that they need.
Private health and medicare rebates are accepted for osteopathy services. For medicare rebates a care plan will need to be acquired from your GP before your appointment. For private health rebates check with your provider to confirm your coverage.

Remedial Massage
Our remedial massage appointments run for either 60 or 90 minutes. Our massage therapists are highly skilled in many styles of massage, if there is a particular kind of massage you are seeking (relaxation, sports, deep tissue etc.) please notify your massage therapist on arrival.
Private health rebates are available for remedial massage. A digital invoice will be provided in cases where the PH provider is unable to process the claim directly after your appointment. Please check with your provider to confirm coverage.

Headache and Migraine Care
We offer special osteopathy appointments specifically for headache and migraine management from our clinic in Tweed Heads NSW. Headache appointments involve a thorough investigation of all triggers and contributing factors as well as hands on treatment and long-term strategising to reduce and relieve headache episodes.
