Clinic Owner - OsteopathNathanael started Medela Osteopathy & Co in 2024 wanting to grow the practice he began several years earlier.
Nathanael is passionate about a tailored treatment experience that emphasises an individuals needs and goals being met. He continues his training each year with a special focus on chronic headaches and migraines. Nathanael is a great all-rounder practitioner treating everything from sports injuries in professional surfers to back and neck pain and even pregnancy related pain.
He is also a keen surfer, proud dad, deep thinker and lover of learning.

Remedial Massage Therapist
Zach is our in house massage therapist, with years of experience working alongside Osteopaths, Zach brings a refined touch to his treatment room. Ensuring patient comfort while delivering a premium massage experience that has been described as both clinical and deeply relaxing.

Osteopath
Jess is passionate about helping people live active, healthy, and happy lives through osteopathy. She empowers her patients with self-directed care, combining manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, breathwork, and lifestyle strategies tailored to each individual’s needs and goals. Jess supports a diverse range of clients, from chronic pain and sports injuries to women’s health. As an accredited Pilates instructor and certified yoga teacher, she thoughtfully integrates these modalities into her treatment plans. Outside the clinic, Jess enjoys hiking, surfing, and rock climbing.
